GoogleAs a Landord myself. I know only too well how you want your children to feel safe in their student accommodation. Nick and his team are very professional and could not do enough for us. Nick even picked my daughter up from the train station with all her belongings. Then once we were checked in, the room was immaculately clean. It was a gated development and my daughter had the best time ever living here. Once my son starts uni I will most certainly be contacting Nick and his team.

GoogleLived with R&R for 3 years whilst studying. The houses I moved into were always spacious, clean and ideal for students as it was very central to campus as well as being close to town. Where I lived was part of a gated set of houses which meant that I always felt safe whilst being able to enjoy a student based atmosphere, however with the houses all being spacious I also had my own privacy and space to study. The landlord Nick was always very approachable and easy to talk, he also was always on hand to assist with any problems. I couldn’t recommend R&R enough!

GoogleI lived here for 2 years during my time as a student. The location of the accommodation was perfect - near university and also close to the city centre. There were also plenty of opportunities to socialize and meet other students. I was really impressed with the living spaces. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout features of this accommodation was the level of care and attention provided by the staff. What really made my experience exceptional was Nick's (landlord) attentiveness and responsiveness. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly and his friendly demeanor always put me at ease. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any student thinking about staying in Derby! :)

GoogleRented with R&R for a year and it was great. The room and house I stayed at was great, modern and furnished nicely. The lounge area was the best part as it made it a relaxing socialising area for myself and my housemates. The accommodation itself situated near places i need to go to such as uni campus and town centre - the short walk times made it convenient. The landlord Nick as well as the letting agents and maintenance team were very friendly and will sort out any issues straight away, makes it an ease and peace of mind to live in the house. Would recommend to anyone especially students if they’re looking for a place to live during their studies.

GoogleThe staff are all lovely and easy to get hold of to resolve any queries or issues quickly. The house was a walking distance to all university campuses and the city centre and equipt with all appliances such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and lots of fridge and freezer space. The room was spacious with a big built in wardrobe, desk and chair. I would recommend to any university student !

GoogleNick the owner is rude. He can’t handle his drink and kept threatening me. I was concerned he was gonna swing for me at one point with the way he was going on as he kept getting really angry and shouting at me to the point even other people opened the door to see what’s going on. He’s unprofessional and I would not recommend this company at all. I’m not sure if it’s a racial thing but it’s starting to feel like it. Also as a young black disabled woman I should not be made to feel this way especially by a landlord.

GoogleMy experience with R&R has overall been an amazing experience. The service the R&R team provides is emasculate with fast responses to any issues and quick solutions. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. All accommodations are all walking distances to all University campuses and City Centre. R&R are also very good in supplying and equipping facilities with appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryer and loads of space for groceries. As well as the Room I had was given a desk, wardrobe and desk chair. I would highly recommend R&R for students!

GoogleI’ve been renting from R and R for the past two years, and it’s been a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. Any time I had a maintenance request or question, the response was quick and professional. R and R have been respectful, reliable, and easy to work with. They genuinely care about their tenants and made my time in the home stress-free. I’d absolutely recommend R and R to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy landlord.

GoogleGreat location, walking distance to all university campuses and the city centre. The room is modern and spacious with modern appliances and access to free washers and dryers. The staff are all lovely and resolve any queries or issues very quickly. I had a much better experience here compared to uni halls and will be returning with R&R next year!

GoogleThe landlord would walk into my room without any notice (even during the pandemic). They let someone view my room and post photos of my personal belongings online without my consent and I didn’t even know anyone was viewing my room. My room was cold and when I made them aware they said to my other housemates it’s because I’m a woman and don’t know how a radiator works (I know how one works). They wouldn’t give me my £250 deposit back until I agreed to pay £60 for a mattress protector which can be bought for £26, I got it down to £40 but am still disgusted. I felt uncomfortable and on edge living in the property most of the time. Rooms were advertised as having “super fast broadband” but the WiFi didn’t work well even after me purchasing two WiFi boosters.

GoogleI’ve lived in R&R properties for 2 years now and it’s been perfect for all I’ve needed. Nick the landlord is there to help you with whatever you need and is always willing to stop and chat. His rooms are spacious and the on suites are ideal. I can’t recommend him enough

GoogleBoth rooms I had were of great size and were clean. The houses were clean and as long as house mates kept on top of it there were never any problems. Maintainance was always conducted so the houses were looked after. Nick and Becky were friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

GoogleMy experience was great. The team lead (Nick) is very considerate and looks out for his tenants. When I had to move in and had glitches with transport , Nick offered to help me move without collecting a dime. He even assisted to set my belongings in my room despite the staircase. Sincerely, I haven't met a selfless landlord like that before. Becky and the entire team at R&R are very efficient and the accomodation facilities are top notch. Every amenity is modern, works perfectly and maintenance is done in good time. I truly enjoyed my stay. If I were to be a student again, I would choose R&R over and over because I had peace of mind throughout my entire stay. Thank you R&R lettings!

GoogleHouse is lovely, very true to the photos seen on the website I found it through. Very spacious, good utilities included for the price. Any issues have been solved very quickly if they have arisen, with very prompt replies to emails. Overall, been a very good renting experience

GoogleThe apartment is immaculate, it’s very modern and very spacious. The bed is big and comfortable and has a tv with netflix on in the bedroom. Nothing to complain about the apartment . would highly recommend

GoogleTeam are lovely, maintenance is quick and easy to sort, and landlord is fluent in yappinese. They help with moving if needed and very easy to get hold of! Definitely recommend for student accommodation :)

GoogleI've stayed here for my entire undergraduate degree, and it's been a fantastic experience. The accommodation is modern, well-maintained, and has great facilities; easy 10 min walk to city centre. The whole team has always been friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues.
