GoogleWe have used Curran Birds & Co as a letting & property management company since they established themselves and we rate and value them highly. Their new Lettings Manager, Sophie Houghton, has just handled an upgrading project for us whilst tenanted and she has demonstrated sound knowledge and professionalism and ensured the tenant was not disturbed. All I can say is that she is ‘a touch better than excellent’. Well done and thank you very much indeed.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend CB+Co enough - from start to finish they made the process of selling our home easy and even enjoyable! The photographs they had taken of our property were beautiful and we ended up selling in the space of 2 weeks. Pani, Jeremy and Paul were all clearly incredibly knowledgeable and also super friendly! A stylish and modern agency that we’d definitely use again.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Curran Birds, they were top from start to finish. I had to move across the country for work in less than a week and they made everything really straightforward and were quick. Communication was clear throughout and Pani, who showed me the property and guided me through the process was excellent and professional. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Thanks to his professionalism, knowledge, agility and compassion - we got the results we wanted. As he showed us around, he was fully equipped with knowledge of the property, the area, market trends and gave us huge insights to support our sale. He was continually contactable at all times of the day. As this wasn’t a conventional purchase there were some unusual particulars around the process which he was up to date supported us with. Thanks to his hard work and professionalism, we got our dream home with a seamless move process. As the company stood out so much with market dominance and professionalism, we have decided to have Curran Birds + Co look after our rental properties as we are certain it will be an stress-free process. GoogleCurran Birds & Co we're fantastic from start to finish. We loved the enthusiasm they had about our property & the valuation. The pictures taken were fantastic, I think we had 40 displayed in total, which really helps showcase the property. We then went on to sell within a week of being online. We were in contact a lot as were getting closer to completion & nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be recommending to family & friends for future house moves.

The entire team is incredibly welcoming and friendly. They are extremely supportive, providing regular updates on solicitor actions and case movements, sometimes even daily. GoogleI chose Curran and Birds on the recommendation of a friend. I was told they were a new agent but good. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I called. My main issue with the company is that they failed to give me the support I needed whenever there were challenges made from my buyer. This happened on several occasions. As a single woman going through this, what is, challenging experience, the one thing I needed was to have back-up. Not always available.

GoogleCurran Birds & Co have been absolutely brilliant from day one. We sold our house after only 1 viewing and throughout the selling process they have been communicative, thorough and genuinely caring about our situation. We had a few bumps in the road with solicitors etc but they did everything they could at every point to make it happen for us. We couldn't be happier in our new home and just want to say thank you for some of the best customer service we've received in years!
