I had an excellent experience with this estate agent. A huge thank you to Paul Birds for managing to get the property marketed and sold within just three days, an impressive achievement. Paul’s professionalism and expertise shone through. After living in this property over 52 years, selling was an emotional experience but made so much easier by Lynn Pickstock for her outstanding communication and sales progression throughout the process. She kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly throughout, and made the whole process feel far less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thankyou to everyone involved.

Highly recommend Curran Birds & Co! I brought and sold with them. They were fantastic, Jeremy valued my house, he was honest and professional. Claire was extremely supportive and work very hard through a difficult move due to extension of a leasehold. Claire chased up the solicitors every week (sometimes twice a week) and would always communicate back to me. Claire even call me on her day off to let me know that the sell had completed, as she wanted to see it through to the bitter end. Lyn was also very polite and friendly. Thank you for all the help and support! I think I would still be waiting for a moving date if Claire hadn’t push mine and my buyers solicitors.

We've had a great experience and would highly recommend Curran Birds & Co from the initial visit from Paul, the photos he took of our property were excellent. We dealt with Mya for our after-sales, and she kept us up to date throughout. All staff we have emailed or spoken to on the phone have all been really helpful, and really quick to repsond to us at all times. We've really appreciated this through out, thank you to you all. Curran Birds& Co also recommended Taylor Rose Solicitors and we're really glad we instructed them for our sale & purchase because everything has been a really smooth and fairly quick process.

5 Stars, Exceptional Service from Curran Birds Very occasionally a letting agent comes along that ticks all the right boxes. In the 25 years of being a Landlord I can only recall one agent who's employees have fire in their belly and fire off all cylinders. That agent being Curran Birds. I can’t speak highly enough of the team for their fantastic work letting my property in Littleover, Derby. After having it on the market with another agent who struggled to find a tenant, Curran Birds stepped in and successfully let it within just one week!
