I had an excellent experience with Bagshaws! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Amelie guided me through every step of the process, whether it was valuing my property, marketing it effectively, or negotiating the sale and kept me up to date with any queries of mine. Their local market knowledge was impressive, and they provided honest and clear advice throughout. Communication was seamless, and they were always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Bagshaws to anyone looking to buy or sell . A truly outstanding service! 10/10 would recommend

Used Bagshaws to sell my house and find me a new place to live. The whole process was done really well and it was stress free. Adam valued my house and showed me all the ways they would market it for me, which was great. I also used the in house mortgage service and Rich the mortgage broker helped me get a discounted rate. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The whole team was lovely

I’ve found dealing with Ibrahim at the mickleover branch to be unprofessional and unreliable. Promises to follow up were repeatedly not honoured, which meant viewings did not happen and enquiries stalled. …

Appointment no show because inconvenient for them

Booked an appointment two weeks in advance. Got a voice message two days before saying the appointment was inconvenient for them because they had another appointment later that day. I did not respond because I did not want to rearrange the appointment. So then they just cancelled my appointment. Very rude, very unprofessional will not use again.

Bagshaws were amazing in the sale of my late uncles property, after an unsuccessful time with another agent, we instructed Bagshaws and they were so much more impressive. The professional photographers pictures were amazing, great quality and really showed the property off in the best light!

I used Rich to do my mortgage for my first house purchase and he was incredibly helpful covering all questions we had as well as going over and beyond to ensure we secured the property we wanted to buy.bonus point is , he is always there for you. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy their first home.

Mistakenly instructed another local agent because they were cheaper, three months and no joy. Got Bagshaws involved and they started getting viewings before the advert went live. Two weeks later sold, they really excelled and instilled some faith back in estate agents! Class act.

I sold my late mother's house through Bagshaws Residential recently, and I must say I was thrilled with the service and professionalism from the whole office, but in particular a young lady called Amelie who was wonderfully communicative and kept me up to date through the entire process.
