Dear Faizal, As discussed on the phone this morning, your booking was confirmed by phone and by email for today. As you have already admitted, you mistakenly thought the appointment was for yesterday. You then told a staff member you were unable to view the property today, and that you would contact us again if you were able to make it. As we did not hear from you again we assumed you were unable to attend. When you contacted us this morning we were still happy to honour your original appointment, however you ended the call before we could discuss this any further.

GoogleI found the agent extremely rude - to the extent that I offered out my hand when arriving at the property and he sneered and abruptly commenced the viewing. Not what you expect when viewing properties at £600k. Wouldn't recommend or use. They need to learn some manners and service skills.
