We received excellent service from Chris and Lauren at Williams Estates in Denbigh and they were quick to respond to enquiries and kept us updated. However, a very big Thank You must go to Linda Taaffe who went above and beyond to support and reassure us throughout the lengthy sale of our property and purchase of our new property Her patience, professionalism and wealth of experience made a stressful time so much easier and helped us move to our Forever Home, Superstar.

We have been very impressed with the way Sawyers have handled our sale. The whole team (Aaron, Jake and Alex) has been very efficient and professional. They have kept us informed at all stages, updated photos as required and ensured that we had good publicity on national websites. Thoroughly recommended.

I made contact on Sunday ready to pay for property and told I would get a call first thing on Monday. I didn't get the call and they let to someone else. Don't do what they say they will.

I used Sawyers in Portslade to rent out my flat in the area. Bob at Sawyers, as usual, was exceptionally helpful in arranging viewings for potential tenants and dealing with the changeover once Sawyers had found those tenants. Difficult to know how I could do this without Bob's help. Thoroughly recommended.

I asked for a valuation Mid December. They came, we discussed, they measured etc. Heard NOTHING since ! No valuation, not even a Thank You email for allowing them in !!

I am a tenant of Williams Estates. Not that I have to call often because there have been no issues with my rental (touch wood) but when I do, I always have great communication when contacting the agency, all the staff on the phone are lovely and go out of their way.
