We have just completed my daughter’s first house sale with Monopoly and they were probably the best thing about the buying process. Absolute hero’s. Conveyancers and solicitors could learn a thing or two from Eirian and Rhodri and how to communicate with clients. They answer the phone, call you back and keep you updated throughout. We had a last minute complication (solicitors again) but they all went above and beyond to sort things out. Would highly recommend Monopoly to everyone.

Helen from Monopoly is a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable estate agent. From the first moment I called the agency until I moved in the property Helen was great. She completed the procedure with very fast and efficient way. I highly recommend Monopoly Buy Sell Rent estate agency. Thank you Helen! update after the end of the tenancy: I am updating my review following the end of the tenancy, as it does not let me write a second one. I have not done soon after the tenancy ended, but I feel I need to, as I think good work and professionalism needs to be rewarded. Helen and Monopoly have been excellent throughout the tenancy. I had no problems in the property and the landlord is a kind and helpful person. When I needed advice and help about matters with the property, Helen and the landlord took care of them immediately. The end of the tenancy was smooth and everything went as planned. I am very pleased with Helen and Monopoly and I highly recommend them, as I did previously!

After the whole experience of searching through right move, for a property to rent. And seeing properties of our preferred choice listed then constantly coming up to "Sorry that property has already gone..." We were fortunate to come across the team at Monopoly, especially Helen Evans. She sat us down and from then she was charming. She made us feel as though she'd been a friend for ages. Once we had explained to her what we were looking for, she suggested a property for us to view, and we fell in love with it. From then on Helen proceeded to smooth away all the peaks and the troughs in applying for the tenancy. She saw that we really wanted the property and negotiated with the Landlady on our behalf, putting all the advantages for us renting the property, to the point of us being accepted for the tenancy. living in the same property for over 20 years in England. It was time to move on as the rent was getting overly expensive, so a weeks holiday was taken to explore North Wales rental market. If it wasn't for the chance that we went into Monopoly and met Helen on that day and time, then it might be likely that we would be back in Stevenage now still looking for a property. And obviously not in this beautiful property that Helen managed to secure for us. So many thanks Helen, we are most grateful to you. Estate Agent of the Decade (in our opinion!) When my partner and I were in the process of buying a house with monopoly they were brilliant, everyone there was great and really helpful. In particular Samantha and Rhodri were amazing!! They answered any questions we had (which was a lot to start of with 😂) and were always really patient and really helped us to understand the process properly. The process felt like it went very quickly for us and I think that was in part down to them for making it feel like a smooth ride and we have now got the house we’ve always wanted!! From first meeting Helen, the whole process of renting a property has been stress free. She has been fantastic! My husband works in North Wales and had been living out of Airbnbs for five months. I’d tried several agents in different towns in North Wales on a flying visit to try to sort something for him. Most of them were ‘computer says no’ experiences. Quite disheartening. Helen, however, was a breath of fresh air! Incredibly efficient, knowing exactly what was available, showing me round a potential property there and then. When that didn’t work out, Helen went the extra mile to recommend another option that hadn’t even been listed on the open market. Application and referencing was a doddle. Communication from Helen was fantastic and she pushed for a speedy completion. Husband was in the bungalow within 3 weeks! Helen and Monopoly are brilliant! Can’t recommend her and the company enough.

I was continually impressed throughout the process of searching for and renting our new home. Dealing with Helen, she was fantastic: professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. When we weren't successful for the first home we looked at, Helen went above and beyond to find us other options - some of which hadn't yet been listed on the open market. Application and referencing was simple, with a mostly digital process (thank god!). Communication from Helen was quick and she delivered on everything she promised. I can not recommend Helen and Monopoly enough - it's no surprise to me that most of the properties for let/sale around Denbigh are listed with Monopoly!

Rhodri was given my son -in - law’s number to call as my daughter cannot receive calls at work, he rang her number anyway, 45 minutes before the agreed call time, she obviously didn’t get the call, meanwhile her partner is at work waiting for the call, he rang twice to check it was still going ahead, the 2nd time to be told that the house had gone to someone else! Can't thank Helen and Matthew enough for the great help that they have been in finding a house at first and then relocating when the first house didn't suit our needs. Having come from abroad, I was very anxious if I would get a house by the time wife and kids reached - but Helen came to the rescue and parked us into a beautiful house. But with one winter gone in the place, we were all perpetually ill and the team of course was at hand escalating the issue to the landlord who gave us great tips on how to keep warm with the limited heating available. As soon as a property became available, Helen and Matthew got us the present place which is lovely, warm and spacious. Thank You team Monopoly
