I highly recommend Anwyl and have referred a few friends and will carry on in doing so. Everybody's seems very friendly and helpful. 😊

From day one of moving into our house on the haygate fields development in February 2020 the customer service has been practically non existent they took months to respond to issues. When carrying out repairs to their shoddy workmanship they'd damage something else or make the matter worse each and every time they came round they were also extremely rude arrogant and poor at time keeping(Didn’t even show sometimes).Their customer service agent was totally flippant and uninterested in the list of work outstanding and came across as time wasting to get us beyond the warranty period.We’re now just out of the 2year warranty period with Anwyl and because I swore at one of their incompetent employees they have stated that I was threatening and they’ve told me they won’t return to correct a big list of issues that are still outstanding.I feel completely let down by this company and feel that they wiped their hand of us as soon as they received their payment.A word of advice look elsewhere don’t trust Anwyl.

Individual expertise, assistance and general after sales service is second to none as always from Paul.Anwyl technicians are always timely, careful and helpful, (this despite the fact we have had numerous issues with the actual build and finish of the house.

So pleased with our new home. Apart from an upset about completion date, service has been great from Ken and Stephen on-site. Snags resolved reasonably quickly (apart from waiting for our garage door to be repainted!). Good quality fittings, appliances and finish.
