I have been renting my current property from fulfords for the past year but have also rented properties from them before. I cannot fault their service, it genuinely is first class, from initially renting and signing all the paperwork to looking after me and any queries/issues I have with the property, they are always there when I need them. The staff including Teresa and Claire are polite, friendly, caring and knowledgeable in everything they do and I have had such a pleasant experience with them so far. I would highly recommend them and their service to anyone

We have used Fulfords in Dawlish three times now. Firstly to buy our property in Dawlish. Then many years later to rent our property there and finally to now sell our property in Dawlish. On all three occasions we received exemplary customer service, communication and efficiency. In fact when we came to sell our property in April 2019 we didn't even arrange to see another Estate Agent as we knew that we would get the best support from Fulfords and at a fair price too. Forget the usual estate agent stories, the staff in Fulfords Dawlish are absolutely excellent. In particular, Nick and Jazz who dealt with the majority of the sale of my elderly mothers property, went out of there way to ensure she was kept informed at all stages of the sale. They made numerous trips out to her house to help her complete the paperwork and collect signatures where required. Not only did they do everything in their power to ensure the sale went to schedule, but they also helped out where they could with complications during the purchase of her new property, which wasn't even going through their books! We believe the valuation was spot on and communication throughout was first class. The property was sold within 1 day so a big big thank you to all involved.
