I cannot express how helpful Sean and the team have been. Totally professional and keen and willing to go above and beyond. And with a genuine smile. They are genuinely happy to be able to help. We bought a house through Fulfords a while back and Sean and the team have been part of the story ever since. The aftercare provided has been brilliant. Our relationship continues long after we got the keys. We have had a little property related issue that we needed some help with. I walked into the office a bit worried. Sean saw my face and smiled when he saw me, sat me down and offered me a cup of tea. He then listened carefully to the problem, and even though it was nothing to do with him, he smiled again and said ‘leave that with me.’ I walked out reassured and smiling. A few hours later Sean phoned me and said, ‘it’s all sorted.’ 😀 The on going relationship we have with Sean, his team and the company as a whole is such a nice one, it feels like I’ve made a friend.🥰

Sean made buying my first home in Dawlish an absolute breeze! As a first-time buyer (and pretty useless adult) I was completely clueless, but Sean was incredibly patient, attentive and supportive throughout. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated and genuinely went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I honestly couldn’t have done it without him. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares and knows their stuff, don't think twice. Highly recommend!

I have sold and bought houses and sold a business with estate agents for many years, having recently acquired a rented property in Dawlish , we were greeted by a very young lady ( Ronnie ) on our first viewing I was quite amazed about her knowledge as apparently she had not been in the job very long , our second viewing with the landlords and Ronnie again was so pleasant and thankfully we were accepted for the tenancy,obviously we had a lot of questions and as normal we had forgot some but we just E Mailed Ronnie and she responded in no time at all ,a rarity in it self with the answer required . Even on the day of setting up the first month's rent etc and collecting keys all was made so easy by this young lady . I do have to say we did speak to other members of staff when Ronnie was not there and everyone was so helpful so thank you all for your service Lorraine and Stuart Lunn

The team at Fulfords are fantastic. I am in the process of purchasing a house through them and I can’t fault them at all. They have been open, super friendly and extremely committed to both buyer and seller. I haven’t had to chase anything at all. An absolute must for the customer! They have kept me informed at all times, which has made this such a positive experience. I don’t really know what I expected but I am confident that I am in safe hands. Would give zero stars if I could. Myself and my Husband have had a very unpleasant time with Fulfords and our old landlord. We rented a property in Dawlish which amazed us that they rented it out to us in the dire state it was in. It was seriously run down, filthy and reeked of cat urine. The landlord had left so many of his belongings in there including tons of paint tins that had gone rock hard with brushes left in them. Dangerous decking the list goes on. It soon became very clear to us the house had not been looked after by the landlord at all. As we were constantly contacting Fulfords with issues which included very dangerous and hazardous ones. Every time they were so slow at sorting out the issues and they were happy to leave us with dangerous roof tiles falling of the roof and we were not able to sleep in our own room due to bird mites . Nothing was ever urgent to them. The branch is full of liars, and some very rude staff one in particular called Tammy. She was constantly sarcastic to me on the phone and rude. She tried arranging viewings with little or no notice. She lied saying we were responsible to remove a mouldy non working fridge freezer when we moved that lord had left in the property even though we had evidence in an email showing we did not have any responsibility to take it with us. We have finally left the property and would never ever recommend Fulfords to anyone, so please be aware.

The whole process of renting a flat in Dawlish Warren was handled very professionally and efficiently by Chloe McClinton in the Dawlish office. There was a lot of paperwork mostly online, and all of this was explained thoroughly to us by Chloe. Ronnie McBean was also very helpful and patient with all our queries. A big thank you to Fulfords for enabling us to move quickly into the lovely flat.

Our experience with Fulfolds Dawlish was very bad. From one very patronizing agent basically saying you don't like like you can afford this property! To a different agent same property, offer accepted great.... no unfortunately not. This agent decided to just ignore emails and phone calls for over two weeks. We decided to continue our search and have found a lovely new home. The property is now up for sale with a different estate agent, hopefully they will sale it soon.

I wrote the initial 5 star review below when Clare Hannaford was in charge at Dawlish. Not sure what’s going on now- I can’t get anyone to answer my queries despite being long term, loyal customers. Perhaps they’re only interested in new business now which is worrying. As landlords, we have rented our house through Fulfords Dawlish for several years now and have received excellent support from Claire Hannaford. She is always reliable, very responsive and accurate. We have also found Teresa equally helpful. We thoroughly recommend the lettings service at Fulfords Dawlish.

My elderly mother needed to move back to Essex after losing my Dad. Having never been through the house buying/selling process on her own and family being 300 miles away, Keith was brilliant. She is not tech savvy and he helped making calls, sending emails, printing documents and keeping family in the loop. Claire and Teresa were extremely helpful in our search of a property to rent!
