GoogleI cannot recommend this service enough. We were a group of 5 students and were being overcharged on appliances and furniture in most rooms in the house, Reposit helped us when we were being exploited, saving us a lot of money. I'd use them every time I rent if I could.

GoogleWe have been using Chat Heroes for 9 months now and find them excellent-very responsive and they seem to ask all the right questions from the script that we have provided. I would thoroughly recommend them. We are in the process of updating another one of our websites and when ready we will be adding the Chat feature to that as well.

GoogleAll staff i dealt with was warm and welcoming. Most issues got resolved pretty quickly and conveniently (considering it was covid times too). The best letting agent i have been with and would and have recommended to people.

GoogleReally disappointed with the service. Far far from what was promised! Failed in all areas. Never answer the phone... always goes to some call centre somewhere. Won’t use agin.

GoogleGreat service, cost effective and super easy to setup, Chat Heroes did just about everything for us and the service was up and running in no time. Lots of positive client feedback which is great, because if our own staff had to man the chat log, we would definitely fail to do so well due to other priorities and pressures.
