GoogleYet another bad experience of dealing with Benton’s! Our first was a while ago when we turned up to view a property only to be declined at the gates as it had already sold! Second time they failed to tell the vendors we were coming and now again we’ve lost out on a purchase because they forgot to get back to us re our offer! We will never view a house through Benton’s again and certainly won’t be using or recommending. Awful communication and incompetent staff!

GoogleIts a good service if you cannot afford a full deposit but be very mindful of moving. The contracts are written in landlords favour and you have 7 days to pay whatever amount they want or £75 to dispute which will go to private adjudicator. As a student house, we took pictures ( date stamped ) of everything which was later used as evidence. Hold onto these because you could even receive a claim weeks after moving out. Because we are honest and had done nothing : case fell into our favour

GoogleI used reposit to pay for my initial deposit for a rental property. This was a cheap option and provides greater protection for both the landlord and tenant. At a fraction of the cost of a standard security deposit, I found that this saved me money at such an expensive time. The website was easy to use and the process was extremely smooth.
