GoogleYou have been warned if the letting agent is using this company AVOID at all costs !!!!! Removed money from my account without my consent and charged me £100 for a smudge on the wall that only required wiping off. They will always award the landlord if you dispute anything and they will charge u £60 non refundable.

GoogleWould not recommend for tenants. After submitting a dispute with evidence which included dates of communication with letting agents, dates on check in and check out inventory, and messages from landlord. They have ignored all evidence provided by me, they stated that only the landlord provided evidence and have gone ahead to award the letting agents.

GoogleAvoid using this company and services at all costs - there is no way to communicate with them. They charged my account in unfair disputed charges for a property I moved out of last year in which I had no water for 3 months (amoungst other problems) and had no response from the company renting the block for 1 year, 6 months after moving out. They are a service made to allow large rental companies to bill tennants with no checks made, communication given or protection for tennants whatsoever. It would be easier to pay a deposit and document conditions / checks. I have been unable to contact reposit and they debited the funds from my account in full after 48 hours of revieveing an email.

GoogleAvoid getting this! Terrible customer service loads of hidden fees and useless if you have a problem with your landlord. Lets the landlord submit fees with no evidence no receipts of work and makes you pay if you would like to dispute. Great service for dodgy landlords but not so much for tenants.

GoogleReposit is a scam. No matter whatever evidence you upload to support your claim. They does nothing and take money money from the bank account without our approval. 100% fraud.
