Superb customer service from Harriet & other staff at Marchand Petit. They go above and beyond other Estate Agents we have used previously. Meeting us at the property on days off & out of hours. Answering our many questions, even those only loosely connected to the purchase of the property with both speed & patience. An excellent company whom we highly recommend.

The sale of our house went through very smoothly. All aspects of the sale were conducted in a professional and sympathetic manner. The staff in the Dartmouth office couldn’t have been more helpful. Tara in particular was especially helpful in keeping us informed and handling all queries.

Wonderful service from Sarah and Thomas. Thomas sold our apartment in 24 hours and then, when the sale looked in trouble, Sarah worked brilliantly between our buyer and ourselves to put it back on track. We achieved well over the asking price, covering several times over the agency commission. A great effort and a tribute to traditional estate agency.
