Lauren, Tim and the team could not have been more helpful. They are not like other estate agents, they are efficient, pro-active, responsive and I honestly felt like I literally had someone 'on the ground' working for me given I am in London. The staff at Marchand Petit in Dartmouth mange to combine that rare combination of professionalism and friendliness in precisely the right proportion, and a genuine way. Buying a property is often rather fraught, so this approach is what one would always hope for. They were very understanding and made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly be. Added to that they always seem to have the best selection of properties in Dartmouth so I would always go to them to buy or sell. The house we bought was for my partner, Christine Downes, and she was extremely happy with every aspect of Marchand Petits' work.
