Worst Experience ever. offer was accepted 5 weeks ago and still no communications within solicitor and yet to receive a draft contract. want to speak to a manager and said manager not available and will receive a call back. really pathetic service

We found the staff at New Romney to be very polite and helpful. Steve Hutchens, in particular, demonstrated true professionalism with nothing being too much bother for him. His positive attitude, good communication skills and pleasant personality are all to be commended. All in all, though long for reasons out of everybody's control, our transaction progressed as smoothly as humanly possible. Thanks to All !!
