Wards canterbury was shocking.Slow to put our house on there website and other sites, had to chase them to do it. Late to do viewings. Having 4 people turn up at once during covid 19. Should have only been 2. Asked us to push the price down after only 2 months of being on the market. Would not go back to wards and would advise anyone to look elsewhere.

It is sometimes necessary to test the market and discuss adjusting the price based on interest and viewer feedback. However, it remains the seller's decision whether to reduce their price or not. Despite the difficult circumstances, Adam and his staff were working hard to achieve an offer which would be acceptable to you. Unfortunately despite a number of viewings and offers, a sale could not be agreed. I first met Shannon in person at a house viewing which probably took a little longer than usual as I wanted to check some measurements as well as check all aspects of the house. Throughout the viewing she was helpful and patient. This has paid off as I am now buying the property. During the initial process she has been very quick to respond to all my questions and has progressed and chased other parties to get everything moving forward. But she took on the task and got the job done. worked tireless behind the scenes, communicating with all parties.I cannot say the same for the sales team. not helpful at all. it was a neighbour on the first day that contacted me. The open day, was very disappointing. the for sale sign came down and after chasing several times it wasn't repaired. asked for a sold sign. never turned up. asked for the sign to be removed. 4 months later i put in the skip. speaking with other. double the price of other estate agents. However Kim pulled this around

Wards totally sh$$ agency they get 1 months income to themselves and 10% of management every month still they can't manage. My tenant moved then 2 months later they didn't paid concul tax then they didn't pay whole month I called agency they didn't respond after 2 weeks agency called me and said they will give 2 months togather and conclusions tax but they didn't than insurance start paying me but only 1 months after 7 months I kicked out the tenant they screwed my house who is going to pay all those damage. F$$$ the wards.
