We had a great experience with Debbie Ludgate the sales progressor at Wards. She was so supportive through a very very difficult time. Communication was excellent and she was always so reassuring, even when things were not going so well. She kept us going. An outstanding member of the team.

Moved into a property which is not fit for purpose, leak, faulty shower, washing machine doesn’t work, no fire doors (top floor flat), extractor fan doesn’t work and there is more! Sham of a property, I’ve been unable to stay here and I have two children (age 1 & 7).I was lied to about the leak as I was told it was fixed and it was simply cosmetic works.

I've had a very positive experience with Ward's so far. They rented out my flat very quickly and offered some good advice around the market. I found Tessa, in particular, extremely helpful as she offered up her time (over the weekend) to help arrange the delivery & installation of appliances, as well as being very responsive.
