YellExcellent service
I have been working with Reeds Rains for a number of years now; the service I receive has always been of a very high standard, the people I speak with are always friendly and efficient. I deal predominantly with Ruby who is so easy to work with; she deals with my queries promptly, if efficient and no question is too much trouble. We always find time to chat and have a laugh about something and that social interaction makes the stress of managing property rentals so much easier. Would highly recommend Reeds Rains for their efficient, friendly manner and willingness to get stuff done!

YellHouse sale
Reeds Rains team in Dartford have been instrumental in selling our family home. With many headwinds and weekly bad news rocking the market, we stayed the course and achieved a successful outcome. Tony’s calm and reassuring manner helped us tremendously in the final day before exchange of contracts. Thank you for all your help!

I rent through Reeds Rains in Dartford. Fantastic service and very customer friendly Thanks to Ruby and Vicky

GoogleWe were impressed withe service offered by Reeds Rains from day one. It was clear from the hand-delivered letter which arrived 24 hours beforehand, that they had done their homework on our property, its location and its aspect before their valuer arrived next day in order to pitch for our business. When events out of our control meant that things went wrong in the chain of buyers and sellers below us, the support and advice were sound and sensible, and their policy of financially vetting interested parties before listening to offers, kept time wasters at bay. This is a small, but well led team. They regularly updated us on progress, co-ordinated communication with all parties, and were patient and professional when our anxiety led us to call them frequently in order to express frustration with matters beyond our control, or to push for rapid progress. We are certain that we would not have received this level of service and commitment from many other agencies and certainly not from the on-line services. Highly recommended.

YellAn Excellent Experience with Reed Rains Dartford
Great team! Got a home through Reeds Rains Dartford. They kept me updated through the entire process; they were consistent, timely and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations; and the time to completion was good enough, however, longer than expected due to brief delays in referencing - which is none of their fault. Overall, a great experience.

YellGreat experience in general, would recommend.
Very helpful under the circumstances. I had to find a place and move quickly due to taking a new job moving from Birmingham to Dartford. Everyone at Reeds was really helpful and found me a perfect apartment within my budget very quickly. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.
