Had the pleasure of dealing with Sam & Lea upon viewing a property myself and my partner was interested in. Sam was professional, friendly and answered any questions we had. Lea who we also had the pleasure of meeting, was friendly, made us feel comfortable and made us feel ever so welcome helped us when we went into the estate agents to fill out some paperwork. The whole team were friendly and the overall environment was lovely. Julie was an absolute diamond also 🤗🤗 Definately recommend these to anyone.

Genuinely the best and most honest Estate Agent I've come across! The property was on the market with another estate agent for over 3 months, Julia, Tony and the team managed to get it under offer within just 4 days! …

Sue was absolutely amazing for us buying a house! I'm a first time buyer and she was super supportive in the process and helped to push our solicitors! Everyone was great when I called and would make sure to help me out with any issues straight away! They are 100% by the book and make sure that you are informed of every step of the way. We also brokered through them with mike and our mortgage was accepted in less than 24 hours! Can't recommend them enough- if I ever need to sell I would use them without hesistation! Thanks so much! Dartford branch!

I have bought a sold a few properties with Reed Raines of Dartford and currently rent my property out with them... I have had the pleasure of dealing with Julia at Reeds Rains of Dartford for a number of years. Julia's local knowledge of the area is second to none, her years of estate agency experience and first class attitude towards her clients is fantastic! I would have no hesitation on recommending Julia and the team at Reeds Rains from sales to lettings as well as mortgage advice, you would struggle to find another agent with the level of service and honesty.

We have been dealing with Tony, Lea and their staff for about 4 years now with regards to our letting properties. They have always given us excellent service, we really cannot find any fault with them, they are always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely Flawless

Absolutely brilliant every step of the way. The agents dealing with us were extremely patient and incredibly helpful. The process was very smooth, even when my housemate and I had trouble getting all the documents together. Miss Overton was my liaison/tenancy agent and she was simply lovely :) From start to finish was only about 2-3 weeks and now I’m completely settled in my new home. 10/10.

If Carlsberg made estate agents...it would be Reeds Rains at Dartford

I've rented from Reeds Rains in Dartford for a few years now (No idea where the time has gone!)They are very friendly and approachable and do a fantastic job all in a timely manner. When I first ended up having to rent they did everything they could to help and I totally recommend them to first time renters.Keep up the good work Lea and Tony and the team!

If I could give a minus review I would… unfortunately in the experience I’ve had with this estate agent they are on your side until there is a bump in the process then they are quick to turn on you and become very sarcastic and condescending. I’m now without a home to move into. Avoid them! Unless you have everything in a perfect situation or else they could do the same to you!

Very Patient and Helpful

My partner and I have just been through a particularly challenging sale and purchase, a scary experience for us both, having minimal experience with buying and selling propertyTony, Sue, Emily and team were vital, in communicating where our solicitors dropped the ball and keeping us in the loop of progression and chasing stakeholders.

A highly professional company

Reeds Rains Dartford branch have managed two rental properties prior to the recent sale of the same properties. The lettings team fully managed the properties and dealt with any problems swiftly and effectively. The sales teams dealt with the sales through an unfortunately lengthy roller coaster process due to unforeseen circumstances not caused by Reeds Rains. All staff have been highly professional and friendly and I have been grateful for their knowledge, guidance and support. I have no hesitation in recommending both the lettings and sales teams.
