I only whish I had red all the negative reviews about Reeds Rains before I enstructed them to sell my property. It now seems those reviews are all about Walderslade branch.I also whish that if they need to sell their own house they will go with their own agency and receive the same level of service and waste as much time and nerves as I did.

Best customer service ever, I would give six stars if it were possible. we moved into a splendid new property thanks to Reeds Rains and I must say the people working and owning the company are incredibly nice, polite, professional and sensitive with customer needs. Really responsive over email and calls, couldn’t of wished for anyone else to of aided us in finding somewhere to live. Professional and a genuinely nice guy and super knowledgeable. Very unprofessional service by amateurs purporting to be estate agents. Spend as little time as possible on valuation and pics 'visits'. Can't even get property details correct after four attempts and yet still posted it on Rightmove, etc.

It was the first time we had move in 40 years and the entire team was extremely helpful every step of the way! Claire, Jane, James, Sarah and Arthur are an asset to the company 10/10 would highly recommend to anybody!

Recently dealt with the team at Didsbury and it was by far the best customer service I have had from an estate agent. I can't remember the name of the person I spoke to, think it was Ryan or Brian but he had great knowledge of the current market and gave me some great advice.

Maria - the lady that makes things happen.From the get go to now, it just seemed like we were both working towards thesame goal. Sometimes it seemed like she was the one buying the house and not me.She was persistent and made sure it happened as quick as possible. Her names Maria, she makes it happen!
