TrustpilotAbsolutely fantastic!!
Absolutely fantastic. I cannot say how impressed I was with the whole experience. Donna was on the ball and if it wasn't for her pushing the solicitor i probably will still be waiting to buy my flat. Every member of staff i have had dealings with at Land Estates is professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing an estate agent. Thank you once again.

TrustpilotExcellent and Streamlined Service
I want to thank the team, especially Kim and Lewis for their assistance in securing the property. They gave me the feeling that they want the best foe the landlord and the tenant. The referencing process was completed within the space of 24 hours and assisted in setting up council tax and utility! I can express how grateful I am! Thank you so much all.

Google"IF YOU ARE A BUYER THEN YOU WILL BE CONNED" : If you are looking to buy a property through Land Estate agents then dont expect any transparency and customer care. We saw a property and offered much higher price than the asking price with room for negotiation and they asked for our mortgage details without accepting our offer and then were told over the email "unfortunately other party had a better offer" without even giving us a chance to increase our offer or negotiate. Its like you are bidding for a property without actually paying the correct price and without even knowing what the other parties are offering. We are just money making opportunities its like day light robbery. Apparently when we asked to raise our concern then we realised we were dealing with the Branch Manager "Donna" her self and the best part was she emailed me saying "They work for the SELLER'S" and that's when I gave up on these agents.Trust me, try them and you will repent! Highly disappointed!! 0 Rating!!

Dear Rachit, I treated you very fairly. I gave you the opportunity to come back with a best and final offer and you did. As well as the other buyers. It was only when I emailed you to inform you your offer was not successful that you told me you could increase it. We are fair to all our buyers as to how the process works and the other buyers who offered have understood this. I am sorry, again, that you are disappointed that your offer was not accepted by the vendor. Kind regards Donna Harris

GoogleDonna and Lewis are a fantastic team, Lewis with his quiet professionalism, Donna with her tenacity and cheerful support for us. It took a long time to sell our property due to the state of the market, buyers having to pull out etc. but with their help we got there in the end. In a perfect world all Estate Agents would be like Land Estates.

GoogleI have been renting for 20 years and have never experienced such rude, unprofessional and poor service. Can only comment on rental not sales. Maintenance works are not completed sufficiently if at all in some cases. Agents shockingly attempted to withhold deposit unlawfully- I now know I’m not the first, report to property ombudsman. Had a great landlord which was a shame as agents were rude, very aggressive and greedy. I am so grateful for deposit protection scheme as agents have been denied to unlawfully withhold deposit. I have never had to raise a dispute in all my years of renting. I would advise renters to search online for reviews from tenants. Renters avoid

One of the best property agencies we ever came across. Even though I am just the buyer, Donna and Sophie manage to speak to full chain including the solicitors to make it work. Without Donna, my chain purchase would have been simply impossible. Donna, you are a star. Thank you so much for all the hard work. I fully recommend Donna, Sophie, and Land Estates.

Always there to talk things through, chase the chain and keep me fully informed with what is happening. Could not have got the sale through without her professional expertise.
