TrustpilotService is not as it used to be 3 years…
Service is not as it used to be 3 years ago! For the first year their service was good! Gone downhill since covid hit and it’s bad now! As a landlord I’m having to double check everything they are doing! Service is very poor. I’m hoping the service improves soon!

I was with LandEstate for over four years. When needed, they were friendly, helpful and were always committed to my (the tennents) needs/requirements. GoogleTenants beware - They charge 65% of rent when you terminate the agreement using the break clause. As per tenant act they are not supposed to charge it but they still charge it. Even during difficult times with the coronavirus pandemic land estates have always kept me updated on where things were at. Lewis who was dealing with my property made everything seem easy and nothing was ever a problem. Great service overall and would highly recommend land estates to other renters.
