GoogleI can’t really say any aspect of the renting process with Haart was easy. I struggled to get hold of Property Managers when there were issues to deal with, when I did speak to my assigned Property Manager he didn’t seem that bothered in contacting me after speaking to the landlord. The only one within the team who seemed bothered was Ryan. Anyone looking to rent thru Haart I would really think twice before parting with your hard earned cash, that includes Landlords

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Haart lettings. Last year when my first BTL property was completed, Leyla Hassan my property manager helped from right the beginning taking all my stress away, offering wonderful advise. The flat was rented out in no time, stress free. I was very happy with the service and of course when my second flat is ready, immediately contacted Leyla again for help. She as usual was super efficient, kind and understanding. The flat was rented out in just 10 days with a fruitful return. I could not recommend Haart letting enough, and am sure the relationship is long ahead.

GoogleThey were fine up untill we left the property, the worse part was they dont delete your standard order, if you foget to delete yourself, like i did, your money wont return to your account easily, its more than a week i kept on asking to return MY MONEY back, no theres a long procedure you go through to get your money back. Still waiting....

GoogleI have finally found my dream house and bought within the stamp duty holiday. This was only made possible by the assistance of Ben Clark! He acted as a middleman between both seller and buyer solicitor and provided me with reassurances throughout.

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with renting a property with Haart in Dartford. We are a low income family, which tends to put estate agents off, even to the point of discrimination. Layla, our agent at Haart, was so encouraging right from receiving our first email of contact. When other estate agents simply replied with an email to say “sorry, but you wont pass our referencing”, Layla called us straight away and took down all our information. She was great at the viewing and excellent in helping us through the process of referencing (which we did pass!) We’ve never had such a good experience with an estate agent, and i would recommend them to anyone! Now we are just looking forward to getting into our new home!
