GoogleWe purchased our first home with Haart Dartford and Phil Horley has been amazing throughout. He went above and beyond to communicate with everyone involved and keep us updated / help resolve queries. For the first time buying we had a lot of questions and talked us through the process and was honest with us which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend that anyone requests Phil as their point of contact.

GoogleAs a landlord, I cannot recommend Haart’s rent guarantee insurance. The policy lacks transparency, and the claims process is inconsistent. In my experience, a confirmed payment was later denied, with unclear explanations. Communication was slow and often unhelpful. If you are a landlord, I strongly suggest arranging your own insurance separately and not relying on Haart’s scheme.

GoogleCharlie showed me round a lovely new build. Very friendly & pleasant young man as well as approachable. Charlie took it upon himself to offer a viewing on a property I may not have considered.
