Hands down to the team at Anthony Martins, they have gone above and beyond, always there when I needed them, I must have been a nightmare for them, still there professional manner have kept me updated every single step of the way.. GoogleI used their services before and was not happy. I left a negative review here and was called by a director promising to get back to me if I was to remove my review which I did. 6 months passed no news to my complaint. This time review stays and don’t bother calling. Response to owner: Your staff and your management failed to address our needs and concerns. We lost at least two months rent for your failure and on top of that none of you cared to give us a call back apart from the request to remove the review.

GoogleWhere do I start, it wasn’t the easiest of sales due to the EWS1 but George was brilliant and together we pushed and got the sale through. Can’t thank AM enough will definitely use them again with future sales.

GoogleHad nothing but good experiences with Anthony Martin. George took us round the property to start with - nice and friendly, then we dealt with Tarkan in the office to sort out all the details, again friendly and professional. When the house sale was agreed, Sophie took on the chain and kept us informed every step of the way and got back to us when we asked questions. It must have been tough doing what they do during the Covid-19 lockdown (it was tough for us!) but we got there! Highly recommended agent!

After much disappointment trying to sell my house with other local agents .Tan and Lee demonstrated a real sense of professionalism and tenacity.I did my own viewings out of choice but they quickly them followed up and finally produced the right buyer in a very timely manner .Both chaps are incredibly easy to deal with and are real gents showing the rest how to do business!! GoogleThis is the estate agent you should use to sell or let your property. The team sold my property under very challenging circumstances. I used multiple agents and Anthony Martin went above and beyond the other 2 agents. Not only were they the best priced, they made the most effort to sell the property. Customer service was excellent, always on the end of the phone and most impressive was the fact they go above and beyond to assist and speed through the sale. Chloe and Tarkan were superb and I owe the sale of the property down to these two people. At one point I chose to take the property off the market and rent it out, with in a matter of weeks the team had sourced a tennant and had everything up and running. When we eventually were able to put back on the market, they found a buyer quickly and really did the business. I could not be happier. The first impression from Luke when he first visited me to offer to market my property, I had never heard of Anthony Martin before. He gave me confidence and I was impressed with his level of enthusiasm and trusted he would be able to deliver what he said. Well done Anthony Martin and Thank you.

FacebookChloe has been our point person since we signed our tenancy and has been extremely helpful always responding to us promptly and keeping us updated on any issues or with information we have asked for. We had a leak in the bathroom which Chloe ensured was dealt with as quickly as possible, just a few days after we raised the issue. Since the beginning of the tenancy everything has gone smoothly and all interactions with Anthony Martin have been pleasant and efficient.

I had dealings with this branch as a home mover and I was humbled by the professionalism, helpfulness and flexibility when wanting to view at different times and patience, I had previous experience of estate agents being short and abrupt but this was not the case here. I would highly recommend this branch to all. A special thank you to George and Tarkan who worked very hard to ensure the purchase went smoothly.

Anthony Martin managed my two properties in Dartford. They are awful. Very poor communication with me (landlord). Do not usually respond back emails. Unprofessional agents. Do not fulfil their promise what they initially said. Logged complaints with the local agent, manager. I wanted to take the case to the top management of the company, they never provided with the contact details of the top management. I then ended the contract with this company. Very bad experience.

GoogleThe Agent "JO from Dartford Branch" was extremely helpful & professional. Jo took time to listen to our needs & "juggled" things around to provide a viewing that suited our availability. Jo was very curtious & attentive when showing us around the property. He called when he said he would call & we felt we could "trust" him. Nothing seemed to be any bother for him - It was a pleasurable experience (even though we declined from buying that particular property, Jo was still very polite & encouraging).

If you have a dream of buying your first house, never look for this agency, we wasted 4 months waiting for the process, which, by the way, was carried out by the solicitors they recommended, and in the end, the house was completely outside the standards to be sold. How does an agency accept an irregular property like this? We wasted our time, money and we had to re-mortgage with an even higher interest rate. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AS I DON'T DESERVE WHAT WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH TO ANYONE.
