GoogleVery bad service, rude staff, unprofessional and no care for customer service. I asked a lot of questions as it’s the first time I’m renting and was the worse experience ever. They don’t care about you only the money. They email you very unprofessionally and blunt and when you call the office no one ever answers and when you do get someone pick up after 100 times of trying to call you get a rude lady call Sue who gives you the worse customer service ever. She is very rude. Try to get hold of the owner Lisa, Impossible. Most probably spending people’s money on her lavish life. Don’t just go off what I’ve told you have a look at other peoples review because you will be making the worst mistake of your life in you use this rubbish company.

GoogleWithheld monies from a tenant without my agreement or knowledge. I only found out months later from an unrelated conversation with the tenant. Took up with the director, Lisa. Who initially denied the practice but once proof was provided she became unresponsive and ultimately abusive. This was not only unprofessional but also probably illegal.

GoogleVery rude and uncouth staff. Until I paid them the monies, they were very cordial and understanding. Post that they get irritated at even basic questions like whether we have enough clearance to move a mattress through the stairs. Very disappointed at the way they spoke to me post transaction. Avoid them if you can.
