GoogleWorst experience ever. We moved into a house after well in advance notice and getting clearance from the agency and I think the house were not even looked into before handing over, extremely diry and filthy, toilet and shower not working garbage and rubbish not disposed, radiator valves faulty, leaking boiler and issues despite being urgent were not sorted. GoogleI have rented with many letting agents over the years, in Darlington and elsewhere, and I can honestly say that Denham's are the best I have ever experienced. They deal with issues quickly and professionally, and have my particular admiration and gratitude for the manner in which they navigated a tricky eviction during 2020. Highly recommended!
