GoogleI have recently bought a property through Chancellors Hemel Hempstead. Harry was helpful at the second viewing, answering any further questions we had about the property and the process. Dan was very helpful at the initial viewing and then when negotiating and confirming the sale. Much appreciated. Pleased with the result.

We are dealing with Harry Dawson who did show us the property, gave us plenty of information, been very friendly, polite, professional and always helpful with any question/request we had.He keeps us informed regularly and generally is very good communication/help with anything we need. GoogleMy partner and I arranged a viewing with Harry Dawson from Chancellors in Hemel, who was extremely professional, pleasant and friendly. Harry most helpful, answering all of our questions thoroughly and anticipated queries that we may have had. Harry gave us space and time to look around on our own and didn’t rush us through the viewing despite a packed viewing schedule that day. GoogleBuyers: do not trust this agent, they like to guzump people just so they get a bigger fee. Absolutely no trust in their skills. Sellers: they tie you in to a 24 week contract with the highest selling fee of all agents. They put little info on their website to apparently "entice" people to call to view ... doesn't really fit in line with today's online culture. They tend to market your property low but are prepared to find the wrong buyer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

GoogleReally impressed with the service i was provided by the Chancellors team at both Hemel Hempstead and Head Office. Miles & Dan from the Hemel office were extremely proactive and I believe were the key driver for getting me an offer on my property. Becky in the head office was then highly instrumental in getting me to completion - chasing solicitors from both parties on a daily basis and keeping me informed every step of the way. Can't recommend Chancellors enough!
