Can’t rate the service highly enough! Laura was totally fantastic from start to finish! So friendly, yet professional, and couldn’t be more helpful throughout the whole process. Nicole was great at keeping me updated as well. They couldn’t do enough to help speed the whole process along, and managed to get me a cracker deal with Virgin. I’ll be sure to use them next time. I cannot recommend PropertyPal Mortgages enough, especially the mortgage advisor Damien Kirk. I had thought the initial process of applying and being accepted for a mortgage would be very stressful. This was not the case at all as Damien was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. We’ve had a very good experience of property pal mortgages. Danielle was extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with. Owen was thorough and pragmatic when we met via google meet and helped us pick the right product for us. We were also alerted to the fact that the lender was pulling the product that we chose the next day so our application was expedited (thanks to Ian) and we secured the rate we had chosen. We’ll be back when our fixed rate is coming to an end (assuming our purchase goes through - fingers crossed). Thanks.
