A great experience from start to finish

As first time buyers, the whole experience of working with ProperyPal was great from start to finish. They were quick to respond to get us set up with appointments and were always available by email or phone to answer any queries. They seem to have a really well-organised team and the transitions between the different people we worked with at each stage of the process were seamless. It's been a long journey with our first property purchase falling through, but ProperyPal were there to advise and support us with their professional and friendly service throughout. Everything was explained really clearly and our needs were put at the centre of everything. I felt we were given plenty of time to think about and consider our options and our advisor (Catherine) went to the n-th degree to check all available options for us. Mortgages the stressfree way

Used initially for getting my first mortgage, and as a first time buyer I felt a great weight lifted off my shoulders when everything was taken care of by all the advisors. Durring my remortgage I was contacted to book in for a meeting, and again everything was all taken care to get the best rate possible. I love how friendly the staff are, and how they break everything down to make everything simple to understand. I feel reassured that now every period of my mortgage is taken care off without myself having to stress or worry about it.

Making the impossible possible

We were what is called "a difficult case" having moved back to NI from RoI as lenders don't like people to move around countries. Several brokers told us there is no way they can get us a mortgage unless we live back in NI for 6 to 12 month. Well, Property Pal did it in 3 weeks from enquiry to mortgage offer including valuation survey done. They are magicians and very hard working ones! Can highly recommend, look no further. I cannot highly recommend Property Pal enough!!!! I recently needed to remortgage and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth and stress free. I dealt with Shauneen who was very bubbly and extremely helpful throughout the process even though I had her tortured with questions most days lol. Massive thank you to the advisor Laura who guided me through all the ins and outs of everything and also a thanks to Nicole. I normally go direct with my lender and was a little anxious about trying someone new but highly recommend as the whole process with Property Pal was very personal and they kept me updated at every stage of the process unlike the lender. Honestly will not go anywhere else, amazing team with amazing staff!!!

The absolute best for mortgage advice in NI

What can i say, Laura Wylie at PropertyPal mortgages is simply fantastic. Laura was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and immediately I felt at ease, but most importantly Laura assured me this was the beginning of a process that would very likely end positively with home ownership. I cannot recommend Laura and her colleagues, particularily Nicole, enough. They basically do all the hard work for you, whilst remaining pleasent, encouraging and helpful. Honestly couldn't ask for more from…

Honestly couldn't ask for more from them. Everything was explained in fantastic detail and always there to advice even the smallest detail no matter how silly. Always incredibly helpful when required and made sure me and my partner knew every aspect of the mortgage we would be taking out and how everything worked. Would and will be recommending them to anyone I know to go with rather than an outside mortgage advisor. Willing to spend time and meet face to face even over Google meets obviously with distance but also the current pandemic. 5 star is an understatement.

I recommend Property Pal Mortgages to any family and friends thinking of buying a house and applying for a mortgage. Team always keep you updated on progress through the online communication log so everyone knows what stage application is at which was particularly useful for me as can’t always access telephone calls at work . Ive tried individual brokers before but if they on holidays, absent etc then no-one else processing application so it gets delayed but Property Pal Mortgages always have a team following up questions and queries on applicants behalf to keep mortgage application progressing along. The whole team has been absolutely amazing! Not only have they made the whole mortgage process (which my husband and I were pretty clueless about) so seamless, they were so informative, supportive and very cheerful! I never heard of PropertyPal before

I had never heard of PropertyPal before looking to buy property in Northern Ireland and had spoken to a few brokers before deciding to go with PropertyPal. The others just didn't compare; one never returned my calls and still to this day never phoned me back, and another even told me that it was unlikely they'd even be able to get me a mortgage, which really worried me. PropertyPal have been upfront and on the ball right from the start and gave me several options of lenders. Laura and Nicole were always keeping me up to date with my mortgage application, which was reassuring as I didn't have to spend time chasing anyone for updates, and today I'm very happy to say I finally got my mortgage offer through! Mortgage application right in the middle of Covid-19!

My mortgage application was processed right in the thick of the covid-19 pandemic!!! The excellent Propertypal team (Thanks Damian and Nicole) managed to get the application submitted to the lender just in time before; the nationwide lock downs kicked-in, the property viewings and valuation visits being put on hold and the mortgage lenders withdrawing low LTV products off the market. My offer had been accepted for my dream house.... and right in front of my very own eyes everything seemed to be falling apart... it was a truly nerve-racking time. However, the propertypal mortgages team kept the communication going through the more than three months wait between the application being processed and the on-site valuation taking place.Well, finally the offer came through five days after the onsite valuation was completed... Happy days!!!Excellent job!!!, Thank you very much Properypal mortgages team.
