My injury claim was handled very professionally with my best interest at heart, regular updates were given via phone call and email, all medicals and scans were arranged around my work which made the whole process very smooth, A genuine company that wasn't out to just profit off my injury, i was very happy with the outcome, many thanks for all their efforts

From the very first phone call I was met with a friendly helpfull voice. Called regarding a work injury and they explained the whole process. Even during the current situation they managed to sort out the whole claim within 7 months. Kept informed through whole process and cant thank them enough for their help. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service. After a major cock-up by our mortgage provider meant we thought the whole chain might collapse Thornton’s were able to save the day and get us into our new home on time - including basically a whole new mortgage offer in 3 days! Brilliant Estate agency service and conveyancing solicitors. Would use them again and I recommend them to everyone.

We have found the process very smooth, with thorntons. Sandra Pettigrew the main contact for us, was always at the end of the phone with her reassurance and helpful advice. There where a couple of documents at the beginning which had the wrong amount on but once I raised this it was quickly resolved.
