We had an absolutely amazing service from the Cumbernauld branch of Slater Hogg when selling our house. Right from our first appointment with Sally we knew we were in knowledgeable and professional hands. The team worked so hard to market our property and their level of communication throughout was first class. We must give special thanks to Deborah who gave us so much support when things became a little difficult. She always took everything in her stride and worked so hard to achieve the sale of our house. We would not hesitate to recommend Slater Hogg Cumbernauld to anyone selling their home.

From the first valuation meeting with sally to the sale of our property with Deborah we’ve had a first class experience with slater Hogg and howison Cumbernauld. Can’t fault one single thing the team have been great. Excellent communication through and treated with equity and equality these estate agents have higher valued properties on sale than our property but we still felt like we were prioritised and it has been a hassle free process. The BEST in the Buisness!! After a few valuations from other companies we decided to place our house on the market with Slater Hogg & Howison. One of the main reasons we choose them was due to viewing a few properties that had been listed with them there follow up and communication was excellent. They took detailed information on what kind of property we where looking for and informed me of all properties coming to the market within this bracket so we know that they would be carrying this out when bringing our own property to market. The background work that they do is by far anything else I have ever seen. After listing our property the organisation and communication with sally was amazing, the perfect mix of feeding use with information without been overwhelming. After our property went to market we had an overwhelming response with viewings I put this down to background work the team where doing aswell as there professional photographers and marketing (worth every penny). Zoey and Eva done an excellent job organising viewings and preparing me on dos and don’t when carrying them out ( I decided to do my own viewings but this knowledge was very much welcomed). Deborah was amazing when dealing with all our offers and doing the background work on positioning of each buyer. This helped to ensure we choose the best buyer to our situation. I highly highly recommend slatter Hogg and can’t thank them enough for all they work they put into selling my home. They are worth every penny and by far the best in the business!!

From the very beginning Sally put us at ease with selling the property and ensuring that we got people viewing our property with exceptional photography and marketing techniques. I was living abroad in India, after having gone through a divorce. However I wanted to come back to the UK but wanted a change in my environment. Luckily I have friends in Glasgow area, with their help I found a property suitable for me and I was able to buy this outright. Sally stones was exceptional with the sales process, showed the property to my friend who viewed on my behalf. Even when I wavered because of the stringent ID process and continuous red tape, Sally told me to stick in there. That patience worked. After having put the offer in, Sally worked with me through my ID process. (Living abroad, checks were done to confirm the validity of my money and purchase). Once that was confirmed, the solicitor took over and I owned my property from abroad and it took only 6 weeks. After settling in and putting my own stamp on the property, I paid a visit to the estate agents and sure enough Sally was there in the office on her own hard at work. I could not thank her enough, this isn't just a home, but somewhere I can use as a base so I can rebuild my life in the UK and gain access to my children. Sally was/is amazing, lots of thanks and gratitude from my family and I.

Could not Recommend enough for the service they provided in helping me get my mortgage sorted and was also so quick in getting done. Jenny was great help and was always available and on the dot with answering questions and getting everything wrapped up as soon as possible. Jennifer from Slater Hogg Cumbernauld was amazing from the word go. Our offer was accepted on the basis that we got an up to date Agreement in Principle, which we had within just a few days with her help. Without her expertise I really don't think we would have gotten what is the house of our dreams, that we spent about 2 years trying to find. She helped us navigate some tricky situations with the Mortgage Application, due to one of us being Self Employed. We always felt like we were in the know about what was going on in the process. It was never about the sale, it was always about making sure that everything was affordable and met our needs. This is why we also decided to use her to get our Life Insurances sorted at the same time. The rest of the staff we came in contact with where also very polite & always happy to help with any queries. A real pleasure to deal with everyone. Now we have moved and we are happily settling in to our new home as a family. Deborah was the first estate agent to take time out of her day and have a detailed conversation about what I was looking for in a property. The result was that I found the perfect property.
