Average Service. We rented a property for 4 years with Allan's. The staff were nice when interacting, but as a service on dealing with issues with the property and overall communication I was less than impressed. Often we'd work directly with the Landlady to resolve issues, who in turn didn't have great words to say about Allan's either. They were however quick to chase payments on rental increases. After our tenancy we lost all of our deposit and felt like Allan's was extremely biased and did not deal with situation in a 'fair' way and charged a like for like replacement without taking into consideration the 4 years we were there and previous wear and tear which we provided evidence of. We're happy in our own house now so thankfully will not have to deal with them again.

Twice now I have phoned soon after 11am on a Saturday, only to find the office closed. Yet website says closing time on a Saturday is 12.00 noon. What's going on?

Very good service, we managed to find a rental property very quickly and the application was extremely thorough with detailed checks which is reassuring as it shows they really do care about who they let into a property. Very happy with our experience

I rented with these guys for a while and I have to say the experience was really great! They sorted any issue we had out in at least 24 hours and their team was nice and polite all the way so for me I definitely could recommend these as a good letting agent!

I use allan estate agents and trust them 100%. I let my property out with them and have never had a problem. Anything that needs doing gets done straight away there no waiting about. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are amazing and always there when need them.
