The team at Seddons were immense. They were with us every step of the way on our sale and purchase. In what felt like a lengthy transaction, Mary and Tracey were seemingly the most attentive and communicative of anyone that I dealt with in the chain, including my own solicitor, the seller's solicitor, and the seller's estate agent. In the case of Seddons, you get an excellent service for your cash.

Back in Sept 2018 I started looking for a property to buy in North Devon/Somerset. I came across Seddons and was immediately impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did go on to buy a property through their Agency and cannot thank Laura enough for her professionalism, due diligence but most of all efficient and friendly way of dealing with my purchase. Move forwards 4 years and unfortunately I had to sell the property and without question once again I returned to Seddons, this time as the Vendor. They were, once again, brilliant from start to finish with organising a professional photographer for the property, organising viewings around guests staying and making sure that the right buyer was found. I cannot thank them enough for the help, support and friendship I have received from everyone in the office during both of these transactions and would not hesitate in recommending them. They are absolute superstars and NOT your average Estate Agents, thank you ladies xxxx

As first time buyers, Seddons have been a great Estate agent to work with. They have chased solicitors on our behalf to ensure that processes are moving as they should. Georgina has been particularly helpful in our purchase. Viewings have been easy to book and they are very responsive to emails. My one quarrel would be that (in my memory) we weren't made aware of the management company fee that was payable as a result of being part of a newer housing development (albeit it is not their duty to do so)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We had lived in our house for 45 years so choosing the correct estate agent was important to us. Seddons surpassed all expectations. Every staff member has been exemplary in every way - friendly, supportive and professional. The recommendation for a gardener to keep the garden tidy provided someone dedicated and thorough. Seddons kept us updated throughout the process of selling our property. The video of our property online was outstanding and we feel sure definitely helped to attract viewers. Thank you to Clare, Georgina and Rob for their excellent service in selling our home. From making our first enquiry, Rob popped out quickly and provided a valuation. From excepting their services the house was on the market extremely quickly. We used Max's virtual tour service which was very well done and well worth it. The process of viewings were made easy and Clare's help in keeping all parties up to date was great! Having met with several agents over the last 45 years, this has been by far our best experience. Rob and the team at Seddons were more than helpful and maintained a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. Rob took time to assess the whole position and did not, as we have found in the past, with other agents, whizz in and out with a quick valuation based on the last sale/purchase price. Professional and honest appraisal of our property from the outset lead to an accurate and attractive marketing proposition which in turn sold our property. The whole team have been excellent but the manager Rob Hann was exceptional in dealing with some complex issues along the way - quite simply with his competent nature end extensive local professional knowledge he made the difference which resulted in a successful sale. We made the right choice using Seddons in Cullompton. Getting our house to sale agreed was the easy bit but the real value was added via Seddons involvement in seeing the deal through to completion. Our sale like a lot of sales was not straight forward with various issues cropping up over several months. We needed to call on the expertise of Rob and his team to guide us through some tough decisions that needed to be made. Their advice resulted in us achieving the best price we could have achieved and without that advice we have no doubt that we would have been worse off. We highly recommend.

Firstly Rob and his team provided an extremely accurate valuation of our home for sale. Another, slightly lower cost agent, gave a far more optimistic valuation and we regrettably went with them initially. However this was a dead end and resulted in poor marketing, an unappealing price and few viewings. We then switched to Seddons and have been blown away by their improved service provide. Although slightly more expensive they were worth every penny and his team are extremely efficient and professional and not only do a great job in marketing the property, they really drove through the sale by liaising with all parties to ensure timely exchange and completion. And the initial valuation was spot on too. By far the best estate agents we have used.

Overall Seddons were very accommodating and strived to reduced delays invariably from our solicitors. We dealt with the Cullompton branch. It is clear they all talk to each other and work as a team (if anyone is absent they appear to cover each other well), Tracey was our main point of contact for the negotiations did a great job. We are delighted to say our house completed and would have no issue recommending Seddon's to anyone wishing to sell their property or reassure anyone who is purchasing via them.
