After a slightly slow start, Ashtons people were always helpful and efficient. Their marketing was excellent (lovely drone pictures). Communications between buyer, solicitors and ourselves were good.

Fantastic service from Emma, was a long process due to our 1st vendor losing his purchase, Ashtons found our buyers very quickly. Emma’s communication and drive helped the sale go through. Would highly recommend.

These guys are scammers... We made an offer on a property, never heard back, 6 months down the line, the house was sold for less than our offer back at the time.

I have used Ashton's a number of times over the last ten years- both to buy and sell property. They are at all times realistic, professional and most of all effective. Communication is good and they are proactive in attracting buyers. I wouldn't use anyone else.
