We encountered a few hiccups along the way with the chain involved with selling my house, but the team at Ashtons were consistently great and finally we exchanged contracts yesterday. GoogleI purchased and then subsequently sold my house with Ashton’s Culcheth. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Steve who valued my house really knows the sector and how to market a property to its maximum potential. He’s also realistic with pricing which helped me sell within a month. The photos were on point too - I think the photographer they use is the best in the sector. Did a video and some drone shots as well. Will Dugdale over at Ashton’s was my sales negotiator and he was really good keeping me up to date throughout the process and it was never a bother speaking to him on the phone as well. Brilliant experience and highly recommended!

GoogleI cannot recommend Ashtons highly enough. Following the passing of my father I had to sell his home and Ashtons have been fantastic from the start.They sold the property in less than a week! The photographer that came was lovely and friendly and took fantastic photos. The estate agent dealing with the sale (William) kept us regularly up to date and responded quickly to any enquiries. I have been so impressed with the service that my husband and I have recently used them for the sale of our home and again they have managed to sell it in less than a week! It is certainly true that you get the service you pay for. I recommend Ashtons to anyone that mentions they are looking to sell their home. I hopefully won't be moving again but if I do I would only ever use Ashtons. Thank you to everyone in the team for fantastic service.

GoogleRichard came to the house to do a valuation. He made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable around the current market conditions. He made it an easy decision deciding for deciding on which estate agent to proceed with. Following the valuation, we were keen to get the house on the market quick and pictures were taken quicky to allow for the property to go on the market at the earliest opportunity. The company are very professional.
