GoogleI rented a flat in Brentford island for almost 6 years. Alberto, Ena and Kasia have been nothing but kind, helpful and honest throughout. I’m genuinely sad to have since left and realising how spoiled I was with their service. Esp Ena, she always answers any request right away with a smile and I will genuinely miss her. Highly recommend their service!

But as I sit in the living room of my new home and look back at the past couple of months I know that without the constant, kind help and support of Alberto, Michael and all the staff in his office, it would have been almost impossible to manage. Despite their hectic schedules, they made sure they took the time to talk through the process and practicalities of all that a house move entails. I cannot thank them enough for the sound advice and guidance they gave. They became not only agents, but friends. A HUGE thanks to them all!!

GoogleSo professional yet sensitive! We rented a home from them and I found them extremely courteous, responsive and sensitive to our needs. There are few agencies who were quite rude and demotivating, but Xavi folks were always very positive. In the end I stretched my budget, which means there positivity earned them a customer! I would happily engage them for my property as renting is not just a business but a bunch of dreams for both people buying homes or renting homes and such experience should always be pleasant...

GoogleThe best agency I have ever rented a flat from. The service I have received is phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy with their new home and continuously check up to make sure everything is okay. Kasia and Alberto are very friendly and professional. Any problems with the new place after moving in, I can assure they will sort it out for you right away. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent/buy a place in London!

GoogleProfessional to a certain extent but misinformed of what a tenant's rights are. So I would say great if your the landlord but not so good if you are the tenant once any problems occur. Nice offices and everyone seems to know them locally I agree but if and when you are unfortunate enough to have one of his more trying landlords then Alberto puts his hands in the air and just repeats what he has heard from the landlord and not what the legal perspective is. I don't normally write negative reviews as I believe every small business needs a second chance but on this occasion I had to write something. So I would say find out a little more about the landlord before signing anything.

FacebookAmazing gym and business centre! I particularly enjoy the dance fitness class with Michele Giles, World Aerobics Champion. Been to a lot of dance fitness classes in the area and hers is hands down one of the best, and in such a lovely setting too! Great music, fun, energetic not to mention her technique is world class. Highly recommend it👍🏼
