I have used Xavis for the past 11 years. At first they handled the letting of my flat with several changes of tenants. Once I decided to sell they also handled selling of the property. Throughout they have been easy to work with and keeping me informed about anything requiring my attention. As an overseas landlord it was a huge comfort to know that Xavis was there to handle questions and maintenance. Even when one of the tenants stopped paying, Xavis guided me through the process of taking them to court for eviction. The selling process was not straightforward, due to the economic climate, but still Xavis kept their cool and managed to secure the sale. I would recommend them to any would be landlord and also for property sales.
