GoogleI have rented through them. Their team made a mistake by not paying landlord on time. When I went back with proof of payment in email I had no response. Had to visit their office to know it was a much up their side but no regret or apologies. Ask anyone in Croydon and they will say stay away from these bunch of people.

GoogleLiars! Had our offer accepted, and heard nothing for 3 weeks after. I kept chasing the estate agents who said they couldn't get hold of the vendor. I went round to the vendor and they had in fact spoken multiple times, and turned out the vendor was unsure if he actually wanted to sell! Would have been nice to have been told the truth

GoogleVery good agent.. Saphire King-harris was very helpful ?? I have just purchased a house with them. They had to do a lot of work, because the seller's solicitors weren't the best, but the streets ahead team were very helpful. If you are selling or buying in croydon area, the addiscombe branch of streets ahead would be a good choice.

GoogleSapphire King-Harris did a great job in progressing the sale of our house once an offer had been accepted and made sure solicitors on our sale and our purchase were acting with sufficient haste, but I can't give five stars to Streets Ahead because not everybody in the office is as responsive in returning calls as they should be. .

GoogleOur home use purchase was fraught with delays unrelated to Streets Ahead. Having the unfortunate task of being the liaison between multiple parties we occasionally projected this frustration onto our contact Saphire who very calmly and swiftly tackled all our needs. I am sure that without her assistance it would have been a considerably longer and more stressful. Thank you

FacebookAvoid them - if a property is listed with two agents use any other agent. Simple things like telling you which power meter is yours is beyond them. Simple customer services and urgency are ignored. They will tell you they will do something and then tell you they didn’t say that - even when in writing. #AVOID
