TrustpilotWe looking at moving as a family
We looking at moving as a family. Unfortunately the property we were unable to live with the property we find with street ahead as the landlord wanted to under go some relays beyond our time limit. However l have to say the services of George the consultant from Addiscombe branch was expectional through out our search. He was very helpful and understood the type of property we as a family were looking for. And in the words of my 9yr old, He is a very good agent. Thank you George.

GoogleThis review is about the lettings team specifically - sales team are fine which is why I gave 2 stars... regarding the lettings team - Was great when George potter was running it as he really made an effort with clients and communication was amazing.- since he left it has gone down hill... communication is poor. they seem to always be in meetings when you call. when you email them the replies are not prompt and often not informative. I don't usually send bad reviews as i think if you don't have something nice to say don't say it. but for those looking to rent in Croydon steer clear
Dear Dipal, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear on this occasion the service you received isn’t up to our normal standards, please send us more information to clientcare@streetsahead.info and we will investigate further. Kind regards, Zoe PA to Directors

TrustpilotDifferent experience
I spoke to a lovely girl on the phone who I think was called Ava and she was very happy to provide me with all the information I wanted on a certain property I took an interest to. Well spoken, aware of my situation and requirements, and was able to guide me through the pros and cons of the property for me, which is a nice change from other estate agents who try too hard to push sales. I do hope to deal with her again when the time comes.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
