Streets Ahead were able to to find and a suitable tenant within a matter of days and all formalities were completed in an efficient and professional way way within 21 days. Once again Streets Ahead have proved to be a superb letting agent. I cannot recommend them more highly.

FacebookWe bought a house in Anerley, which Streets Ahead were marketing. We found out dealings with the estate agents to be fine, but they've spoilt our opinion of the company by refusing to collect their "SOLD" sign, from the front of our house. We've phoned several times and they keep fobbing us off, hoping we'll take the sign to the tip on their behalf.

Absolutely shocking customer service.The south Croydon branch were too busy trying to make their next sale or letting to care about customer service. As soon as you sign, they take no notice of your requests.Even prior to moving in there were bad signs with this company. I should have followed my initial reaction. I do not recommend these estate agents.

Streets Ahead Lettings PurleyZero messages or phone calls received about returning my deposit. I'm doing all the chasing as usual and getting nothing in return. A month after my tenancy ended, holding onto this enormous deposit is criminal in a time of austerity.

Disappointing agent. Say they’ll call you back and they don’t. All they can do is ask me for my number. They still don’t call back. Even on viewings the agent was lost. Only the manager could perform. They hired a young team who are just rude and lack phone etiquette.
