GoogleVery Unprofessional Agency, Loosing time. Very unorganised and disrespectful. They booked 20 other people at the same viewing time as me for vewing the property, and after waiting for her all of this time, we have been told that they do not have the key and the tenant is not in. Horrible experience! I never recommend it for anybody! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Once they have your money they truly do not care. You won't hear from them or have any matter sorted in a timely manner. I was a tenant - thankfully no more! But they also deal the same way with landlords (I know as kept in touch with mine) - if you want to be treated with respect and professionalism go with someone else…
