GoogleWe recently used streets ahead to purchase a property, we found Stefan and Dianne both extremely helpful and patient throughout the purchaisng process. AS first time buyers my fiance and I had met a number of agents within the area. I'm happy to say that Streets ahead had a lovely selection of properties and were the most personable sales team we encounterd.

TrustpilotGood company, wide spectrum of properties
Got loads of help from George Barnes who kept in contact and gave great possible properties tailored to what I need. Didn't feel like I was being up-selled and would come back again for that reason.

GoogleUnfortunately on this occasion I was unlucky finding a new home, but the Agent Gareth, from the Croydon office was excellent! From the beginning he put me at ease and really went the extra mile when showing me properties. I would recommend Streets Ahead based solely on my experience with Gareth.

GoogleFantastic service from Robyne who was our contact during the sale. She was diligent, helpful and professional with a great work ethic. Very pleasant to deal with and and honest when liaising with the vendor. Robyn and Streets Ahead have provided a fantastic smooth service for us which enabled the purchase of the property to go as smoothly as possible.

TrustpilotCatherine is excellent
Catherine would get a 5 star review as she was excellent - she showed me properties that I really liked, she was extremely helpful and she replied quickly to emails. I had a negative experience with one of the other agents which is why I haven’t given a 5 star review.

TrustpilotDisappointing agent
Disappointing agent. Say they’ll call you back and they don’t. All they can do is ask me for my number. They still don’t call back. Even on viewings the agent was lost. Only the manager could perform. They hired a young team who are just rude and lack phone etiquette.

TrustpilotGreat Experience So Far
Catherine and Danny have been extremely helpful and flexible, during our property search. They have been quick to respond to requests and as first time buyers, have been helpful and patient when answering to our questions. We would definitely recommend using Streets Ahead (Croydon) as a first time buyer.

TrustpilotRecommend speaking to George
I would recommend consulting with George. He was helpful and noted my complex requirements, without making me feel like I was being difficult. I was updated with suitable properties regularly. The conversations were polite and not pushy like other agencies.
