Only negative was the referencing was a bit of a hassle--e.g. they wanted me to submit a passport scan and bank statement to two different referencing companies as well as themselves.

GoogleIt’s taken me three months to get my tenancy deposit back and that’s only because I got the tenancy deposit scheme people involved. These agents started ignoring my emails after I moved out, didn’t even bother to communicate or give any explanation for the delay.
They also allowed the landlord into the flat without my consent on one occasion. Avoid these agents if you are a tenant.
