GoogleJad was super friendly and helpful from day 1 trying to solve all our issues and demands, Great communication too. Gavin is a top notch letting agent too always updating and tying to meet all out expectations. Everything good so far. I will update this review in a year :)

Would put 0 stars if possible, I’d rather be homeless than use these people ever again. Unprofessional, unorganised, staff are clearly inexperienced, rude, argumentative and generally extremely unhelpful since day 1. Will never use again as soon as my tenancy is up and I can’t wait to avoid them in the future and I would advise everyone to do the same!

I purchased my property from Simon at Stirling Ackroyd almost 20 years ago. When I decided to sell I called Simon back to allow his company the opportunity to get my house sold which they achieved in approx 4 months. Aron & Alpha Sales Team were courteous and kind and most importantly they respected my home, it’s the small things taking their shoes off, greeting guests and carrying out the viewing without pressure to clients to make a sale which made the process seem easy. The sales team were transparent at all times. They also got the result and had foresight when we spoke after viewings as the sale was predicted based on body language and communication. I couldn’t rate these guys any higher # A STERLING JOB & SERVICE!

GoogleLETTING AGENTS - THE PITS If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I would suggest landlords and tenants steer clear. "Managed" my property and did very little for their fee other than keep finding reasons to add additional fees for me and the tenants. Inspecting my property twice in 5 years and that was only on my insistence as apparently they don't do that, but what they do for the fee I could not tell you. Started to make decisions on my behalf that cost me money and without an authority to do so. Disorganised and appalling communication. Management keeps changing so no continuity, local branch refer you to head office rather than deal with you. Don't be seduced by the brand, we had a terrible experience with them, and despite ending our relationship with them, are continuing to do so due to some of their actions. Take heed, avoid at all cost.

GoogleI hardly give 100% but in this scenario Townends South Norwood deserves it and the reason why I said this is that right from the start Ashley Francis the Manager told me realistically how much the property would be sold for and eventually she was right. I gave her and members of her team kudos such as Alfa and others I might have missed out. I also give credit to the head office staff that was in charge of the sales then. Both the head office staff and Ashley's team kept me informed as the sales progressed. Appreciate it a lot. All the best.

FacebookAwful experience. I would give 0/5 if I could. They emailed me multiple times about someone else's flat. I told them... 3 times with no response and no sign they were doing anything about this data breach. 4th time I get an email saying sorry but also moaning about me complaining. They emailed me! Also tried to jack the rent 550 a month in one go, attempted to book viewings with less than 24hrs notice. We had people turning up out of the blue, with no estate agent, buzzing up. The estate agent just said 'don't let them in, they are late'. all in all. terrible experience. just after money, nothing else mattered to them.
