GoogleNorthwood managed the leasing of our property for a number of years, providing an excellent service. We recently decided to sell the property, and Paul and the team delivered a good professional service for us, to support a satisfactory completion.

GoogleGreat estate agent. Flawless process to get references done, sign the lease and move in with no hiccups. Property has had a few issues since I've moved in but Paul and Marcus handle everything so professionally with grat customer service. Any issue there's been has been fixed the next day! Moving is always stressful but it's been a pleasure with Northwood.

GoogleExcellent service given. Had gone through 3 properties with different agents so was getting frustrated with service. The service given by Northwood was great. They were always available to answer any queries and when issues arose with the property (leak in roof etc) these were dealt with quickly and efficiently due to the excellent communication. Helped make what has been a very difficult process in the past feel much easier and far less stressful.

GoogleTerrible agent! The worst I have ever dealt with... Everything was too much trouble and when there was an issue which should have been dealt with by Northwood, they passed the buck repeatedly. Trustworthiness, helpfulness, understanding, attention to duty and all-round customer care... ZERO!
