GoogleI live in Terrapin Court and the tank broke and flooded the building. Still waiting for an acknowledgement that action is needed. What is the point in having a property management company if they aren't willing to maintain or come in urgent situations.

GoogleWe moved out of the property in March 2019. They still (November 2019) keep asking us for ground rent etc. Obviously keeping records is not their strong point.
