GoogleExcellent service, Franco from hnf arranged an ‘open house’ for our commercial let which resulted in a number of offers , one of which exceeded the asking rent and went through to completion prior to the commencement date . Communication was superb , friendly and helpful throughout the process - highly recommend! Many thanks Franco!

Unfortunately, our experience of using hnf Property to manage our block of flats has been exhausting, and worse since their Financial Controller retired in early 2025. Very little communication from them to email/phone call queries in a timely manner, if at all. Possibly a lack of resources is the reason they are so difficult to deal with.

GoogleMy company has a difficult task to carry out vital utility replacement work to all properties at a residential block located in SW9. There are various stakeholders that we needed to contact to enable the works to be carried out. After two months of trying, we weren't getting anywhere with this. Fortunately, we got in contact with Kathy Goldsmith of HNF. In less than a week, Kathy has managed to enable us to liaise with all of the numerous affected parties (and there are a lot), and the project can now be carried out. We realise that this really hasn't been an easy task, and appreciate the time and effort that she has put in to this which will now enable the works to go ahead in good time. Ultimately, this assistance was vital for the residents and owners of these apartments, as it ensures the safe continuity of utility supplies to the whole of the building. Great stuff Kathy. Thanks.

GoogleIts not politically in correct to call them Mafia. I am horrified by the amount of undue expense shown on the bills and the rate that has been charged to the clients. They along with there partners milk the tenants. Accounts department is worst in dealing with. The person will never speak to you curtiously and will show you an arogance without any reason. Any thing you ask them will put you into witness box as they will ask back million questions. Every year service charge grows with surge. I will never recommend them .
Dear Mr Iqbal I am sorry to read your review posted last week and particularly that you were dissatisfied with the service of HNF Property. I have discussed the situation with the account manager for your block who advises that they had no intention to be discourteous or arrogant. I have checked the service charges (which includes building insurance) for your block and note that it has not increased since January 2017, however, I will be happy to discuss the individual items with you. The sums that have been demanded are of course based on anticipated expenditure and a budget figure. There was a small refund based on expenditure to budget for Y/E 2017 but as we take neither introductory fees nor commissions from contractors, we would be happy to consider any contractors that you wish to put forward. GoogleAs a former tenant, I can only suggest you stay away from this company of thieves. If you are already with them, don't bother with cleaning or clearing services at the end of your tenancy, they'll steal your deposit anyway. The council took my cooker because the diminutive "studio" they were renting was too small to be considered anything other than a bedsit. I got a £70 reduction in my rent. Immediately after the next month's payment, I was called and asked why I was paying less. I explained. They told me they'd talk with my landlord. 10 months later, when my contract was ending, they called me again and said I was £700 sort in my rent. If it was a honest mistake, then frankly, it's not better. They are either thieves or incompetent, you decide. In any case, stay away from them.

GoogleI contacted HNF Property via email on 23rd November regarding the lack of security of the apartments and parking area of the residential block I live in. I have yet to receive any communication from them despite several follow up emails to various members of “the team”. The gates of our block are not working and therefore residents car insurance policies are becoming invalid as our cars are not parked in a “secure carpark”, but HNF don’t seem to care about this, even though there has been a huge increase in car thefts in our area over recent months. Disgraceful and unprofessional customer service! Please think twice before engaging with this company!

GoogleI have been a resident here for 20 years and the maintenance previous to the involvement of HNF was sporadic to put it mildly. Since Theresa Hustwitt has been in charge the improvements have been remarkable, and the service attentive.

As someone who is new to the world of commercial property I found my experience with this company really unhelpful. In my initial conversation with them I asked some basic questions and was made to feel stupid and as if what I was after was impossible which I know for a fact it isn't. It amazes me when people really don't seem bothered about trying to attract new custom or give you any reason to want to use them. When I was told they had nothing available I'd at least expect an offer to keep me informed or tell me how to keep informed. Such an easy way to lose a customer, good luck to you guys if you carry on with an attitude like that

GoogleWe phoned for days on end with no joy in the end we located the landlord by knocking on next door. Once the landlord ripped into HNF as the shop was still empty after 3 months,we still didn't make any head way with HNF greed bunch of useless people.

If a problem occurs they immediately look for equitable solutions keeping all parties happy. Such a relief to have people on board who care and know their business.

GoogleI have just phoned the company to discuss an ongoing problem with a property we are renting from them and have never dealt with such rude and incompetent management. Legal action should be taken against them and they should be avoided at all costs!!!

Many of the situations we deal with are complicated and not instantly resolvable, but at all times our staff seek to be courteous and I shall be investigating what happened in this instance. As far as your specific issue is concerned, I have now been in touch with you. We have now begun a dialogue and as I have finally received the landlord’s instructions I am personally sure that we will have a resolution to the problem very soon. Once again, my apologies that you feel that this matter has been mishandled to date.
