GoogleI would never recommend Haart lettings as I had a very bad experience with them. I paid holding deposit to Haart for a flat for letting in Croydon but had the toughest time to get back my money as the deal didn’t go through. I made ‘n’ number of follow ups but just received false promises from Haart that the money will be credited back to my account in a few days. My calls were not answered most of the times and no one bothered to call me back. Finally I had to go directly to Haart office two times and follow up to get my money back. The behaviour of the associates in the office were not welcoming. They claimed that the delay was due to some system error which is very hard to believe. Eventually it took more than a month for a small amount to be refunded. I don’t think Haart is worth it. There are a lot of other letting agents who are far better than this and I would recommend to go with any one of those.

GoogleNot good experience. Message For new tenants - Take clear and perfect video and pictures of property when you check-in and send it to agency via email and have agreement to the state of the property or you will regret for sure.
